Shareholders' call

The Management Board of akf leasing Polska S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw (the "Company"), in connection with Article 16 of the Act of 30 August 2019 amending the Commercial Companies Code and certain other acts (Journal of Laws of 2019, item 1798, as amended by Journal of Laws of 2020, item. 875) calls on all shareholders holding the Company's share documents in tangible (paper) form to submit them to the Company's registered office in Warsaw, at ul. Sienna 73, 00-833 Warsaw, on working days (Monday to Friday) from 9:00 to 16:00, in order to dematerialise them. Submission of the share documents to the Company shall be made against a written receipt issued to the shareholder.
